We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or Used Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used marshmallows.

- Other Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than defects or incorrect orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
